The University of Southampton is hiring for an ICURe Strategic Head of Hubs (Southern Belt) to lead innovation and spin-out support across London, southern England and South Wales.

This role sits at the heart of the UK innovation ecosystem, working closely with Innovate UK, UKRI, universities, investors, accelerators, and delivery partners to strengthen the pipeline from world-class research into high-impact spinout companies. 

You will support early-stage deep-tech and life science ventures as they grow - helping them secure funding, build teams, and successfully enter the market, while also leading strategic projects from development through to measurable impact. The role also includes building long-term partnerships across regional and national funding bodies and developing a national ICURe alumni engagement strategy.
