Applications open for SHIFT Programme Winter 2027

Applications are now open for the Winter 2027 cohort of the Health Innovation Wessex SHIFT Programme (Scaling Health Innovation through Funding and Transformation), a fully funded, five-day programme designed to help health innovators strengthen their proposition and prepare for investment, adoption and growth.
No fees. No equity taken.
This cohort is dedicated to innovators developing solutions that address cardiovascular, kidney and metabolic conditions, including diabetes, stroke, hypertension, chronic kidney disease and obesity.
Turning a bold idea into real-world impact takes more than vision. It requires the right strategy, expertise and connections.
Across five in-person programme days, participants will learn from innovation specialists, investors, legal experts and business strategists, gaining practical insight into commercialisation, intellectual property, funding opportunities and market adoption.
By the end of the programme, participants will have a clearer growth strategy, greater confidence in engaging with investors and stakeholders, and practical tools to support the next stage of their innovation journey.
