The NIHR Invention for Innovation (i4i) programme

The NIHR Invention for Innovation (i4i) programme invites proposals to Call 8 of its researcher-led Connect.

Connect is aimed at small and medium-sized med-tech enterprises (SMEs) in need of a funding boost to reach their next stage in the development pathway and accelerate the development of promising medical technologies.

Offering up to £150,000 over a maximum of 12 month period, i4i Connect helps SMEs get to the point where they can apply for further funding, in particular for a full i4i Product Development Award (PDA) or to support projects at any stage of the translational research and development pathway to further de-risk them for follow on investment.
