Applications open for Shott Scale Up Accelerator including £10k grant and growth programme

A new round of the Shott Scale Up Accelerator, a 12-month leadership programme empowering senior leaders of high-growth engineering and tech SMEs with the leadership skills and insight they need to scale successfully.
To date, the Shott Scale Up Accelerator has supported over 150 SME leaders who raised £133m in grants and a further £976m in equity investment. Together, they’ve created more than 4600 jobs and increased company valuations by £1.7bn.
The programme offers:
- 52-hour growth training programme with your cohort of tech leaders
- 1:1 leadership coaching to focus on your development as a leader
- 1:1 business mentoring from our unrivalled network of the UK’s leading engineers in industry, who have founded, scaled and sold successful enterprises many times over
- £10,000 training grant to pay for leadership courses anywhere in the world
- Five touchpoints with your individual relationship manager to make connections to 100+investors, corporates, experts and to guide you through the programme
- Fully-funded access to Culture+, our equality, diversity and inclusion platform designed to help SMEs develop and sustain an inclusive culture as they scale
- Lifetime access to our co-working spaces in London and Belfast.
- Lifetime membership of the Enterprise Hub’s.
